How long does it take to ship my item?
If your item is made to order it takes a week to ship. Non- made to order items 2-3 days.

How do I specify what color crystals I want my item to have?
After your order has been processed send an email with your order number with the specific details you want. Within 24 hours a customer service representative will send you a confirmation email, stating that we recieved your order.

Can I return my item ?
Items are returnable if they are not customized. Once they are customized we cannot accept the return.
